Q. What should I wear to skydive?
A. Wear comfortable clothing with a pair of tennis shoes.
We will provide you with everything necessary for your first skydive, such as jumpsuit, helmet, goggles, etc.
Q. Can my friends come and watch?
A. Observers are welcome and our landing area is located by our office, so
they can watch you land. Please remind observers that this is an airport environment and children must be supervised.
No pets please.
Q. Can I get video and photographs of my skydive?
A. Absolutely. In fact, you will likely regret it if you don't.

Q. Are there age limits for skydiving?
A. You must be at least 18 years old to skydive.
There is no maximum age limit for skydiving as long as the person is healthy enough to participate.
Q. Is there a weight limit for skydiving?
A. The maximum weight for skydiving is 225 lbs. There is a surcharge
for jumpers over 200 lbs.
Q. I have some health issues. Can I still skydive?
A. You do not need to be in perfect health to skydive.
We can handle many medical conditions if you let us know about them. However, you should consult with your doctor
before jumping. You will be required to sign a waiver of release of liability and a medical statement.
Q. Can a large group come jump?
A. Groups are welcome and often the most fun.
We have a nice deck and shaded patio area with picnic benches and a BBQ grill. So make a party out of it.
Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
A. We do try to accommodate walk-ins; however, reservations are highly
recommended.
Q. How long will it take?
A. Plan to be with us for approximately 4 hours.
Time may vary due to group size, unfavorable weather conditions, and crew rest requirements.
Q. What is your location like?
A. We are located in the Sonoma wine country.
The scenery is incredible, with views of the California coast; Clearlake; Lake Sonoma; Mt. St. Helena;
Napa, Sonoma, and Alexander Valleys. Our location enjoys minimal fog, low winds, and fine sunny days
throughout the year.
Q. What is your safety record like?
A. At Skydive San Francisco, we have not had a
single fatality in all our years of operation. Skydiving is an extreme and potentially hazardous sport.
You could be severely injured or even killed. Proper instruction, maintained equipment, and qualified
personnel are a prerequisite for making a safe skydive. At Skydive San Francisco, we place safety at the
top of our priority list by hiring quality personal and using state of the art tandem parachute equipment.
We are certified by, both the Federal Aviation Administration and the United States Parachute Association.
